With 5 retail outlets spread over Johor Bahru, we have built our reputation over 2 generations of Eye Care and Optometry Services. We will never risk that for short term profits.

Our lenses are procured directly from distributors in Malaysia and you can check its authenticity by sending a picture of your purchase to the distributor for a simple barcode scan to find out the lenses’ origin.

For safe and secure payments, we accept payment via Credit/Debit Card and PayPal only.

If you wish to pay by other methods, do contact us directly.

It usually takes between 1 – 3 weeks after payment notification for your lenses to arrive at your doorstep. We are always looking for ways to shorten this lead time. Our ultimate goal is to provide same day delivery services and we will strive to achieve that in the near future.

For Toric Lenses and lenses with Positive Power, shipping may take up to 6 weeks depending on stock availability. This is because some suppliers may have to order in your particular prescription if it is unavailable at their warehouse.

Cosmetic Lenses : 2 – 3 weeks
Toric Lenses : 2 – 3 weeks
Long-Sighted Lenses : 2 – 6 weeks
Multi-Focal Lenses : 2 – 4 weeks
Everything Else : 1 – 2 weeks

Yes we do! We have customers all over the world! Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the checkout page based on your country and quantity purchased.
We also provide Registered Shipping At A Flat Rate Of $3.90 or Free Shipping For Orders Above $50 to Malaysia and Singapore.
Your lenses are always kept current as we only keep a certain level of stock at our retail outlets for a few brands/models. The rest of them are dispatched from the supplier upon order confirmation. This ensures that our lenses are always far from expiry – Usually between 2 to 5 years.

We are using POS Malaysia Registered Post Service. Once your lenses ae ready for delivery, you’ll receive a unique tracking number from our system of which you can use to track your parcel.

When your lenses arrive in Singapore, you can then track it via Singpost.

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number. This process takes anytime between 2 to 7 working days. If you haven’t received an email notification, it means that your lenses are out of stock and we are awaiting stocks from the supplier.

If you have a tracking number, head over to POS Malaysia & SingPost’s website to track your delivery status.

SingPost requires a person to physically sign for the package. “Delivery Unseccessful” indicates that no one was home to receive the parcel. Please call SingPost at 1605 to request for a re-delivery. Your order will be placed at the Post Office nearest to your delivery address.
SingPost will hold your order at the respective Post Office for 10 working days before sending it back to our retail outlet in Malaysia. If the parcel is sent back to us, the process will take approximately 14 – 21 days. When this happens, we charge a SG$5.00 fee for redelivery.
